Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These terms apply to the Rocket Wreck mobile game and this website. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Rocket Wreck on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The game, including its artwork, sounds, levels, and code, remains our property.
Accounts
You don't need an account to play, but some features — syncing progress, battling other players, and the leaderboard — require one. If you create an account:
- Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your username is visible to other players in battles and on the leaderboard, so choose one that's appropriate and doesn't impersonate anyone else.
- We may reset scores, rename accounts, or suspend accounts that cheat, abuse online features, or use offensive usernames.
What we store about your account, and how to delete it, is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Online features
Battles, leaderboards, percentiles, and other online features depend on our servers. We do our best to keep them running, but they may change, go down for maintenance, or be discontinued.
Fair use
Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game or its assets. Crashing your rocket into asteroids, however, is strongly encouraged.
No warranty
Rocket Wreck is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the game fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
